One Nap is Good, but Two is Better

I have now been in Fuzhou for almost a week now, and in two days from now, I’ll be on my way back to Tianjin. Like I always say, break is too short no matter how long it is. I guess it just means I always enjoy my breaks!

There is a spelling bee competition this upcoming Wednesday, where each class will have one winner. The spelling bee words are vocabulary words that we have learned in our language class this summer, and I’ve been meaning to study throughout this weeklong break, but as you can guess, I haven’t even touched my book yet. At least I had the intention to study, right? Instead of studying, I’ve been taking two naps a day – one between breakfast and lunch, the second between lunch and dinner. I haven’t felt so rested for a very, very long time.

I also haven’t touched my laptop this whole time because, well, I didn’t bother to bring it with me to Fuzhou. And why didn’t I bring it with me, you might ask, and the reason is because my beloved laptop decided to break. On the other hand, it actually feels pretty nice not using my laptop for a while – I don’t remember the last time I went this long without using a computer. This way, I can actually enjoy my break while it’s here. Anyway, it’s about time to go eat again (my grandma LOVES to feed me all the time, literally). I’ll see you when I’m back in Tianjin!

P.S. Does using my smartphone count as not using a computer? It’s basically a mini-computer…
