My Program Experience in 100 Words

Participating in the CIEE Berlin program is bound to be a different experience for everyone. Whether your major specializes in language, literature & culture, economics, media & communication studies, political science & international relations, health sciences, architecture & design, or environmental sciences & stability, there is a designated path here for you. Not only will you immerse yourself in Berlin’s vast and colorful culture, but you will also undoubtedly gain skills in whatever track you wish to pursue. Your instructors will combine your discipline with the history of Berlin, and you will leave the program with a better understanding of the world around you.

There is so much to say about Berlin and the CIEE Program that seems impossible to put into 100 words. Berlin is a city filled with so much history that it seems unrealistic to leave this part of the world without a new perspective. The CIEE Berlin staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and will make you feel at home although you are thousands of miles away. Classes are small and intimate, and the instructors are bound to leave a lasting impact on you throughout the rest of your college and working career. Immersing yourself in a new culture may seem scary at first glance, but all of the experiences you will gain in the process will benefit you greatly in the years to come. I urge you to follow your dreams and take the plunge.
