A busy city street with many people walking around

One place that has been a part of my daily routine is Ewha’s Campus Complex (ECC). It is located at the heart of the campus and is known for its truly captivating architecture. It is built within a hill and is surrounded by scenic foliage on both sides. My weekly Korean classes take place in this building, but you can find almost anything you need here. The cafeteria within this building has delicious and affordable food that I eat often because of its convenience. The ECC outdoor seating area built into the stairs is also a place I frequent regularly. Whether I want to relax between my classes or study in good weather, I can get comfortable on the stairs and take in the peaceful atmosphere.

Hongdae is a place in Seoul known for its many attractions including busking, street food, and clothing stores. It is a place I find myself coming back to again despite being quite familiar with it now. The ambience in the day is different than the one at night, but just as lively and interesting. I have seen such cool performances by local artists here while enjoying delicious food like crepes or seo-tteok. It is a place with a unique atmosphere that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Seoul.
